Privacy

The storefront creates a random guest identifier in your browser’s local storage so cart requests from this device can be kept separate. It is not your name, email address or phone number. The application also receives ordinary technical request data needed to serve pages and protect the service.

We collect the email address or phone number you sign in with, the names, phone numbers and delivery addresses you give at checkout, the artwork files you upload, your product choices, and the status of your orders and payments. We use them to price, print, deliver and support your orders, and each order can be seen only from the account that placed it.

Card and bank details are entered on Korapay’s payment page. They are not sent to SwiftPrint.

We share only what each service needs to do its part.

• Korapay, to take your payment.
• A delivery company, which receives the name, phone number, email address and delivery address needed to price and carry your parcel.
• Geoapify, which receives the address text you type into address search in order to suggest matching addresses.
• Brevo, which sends our emails, and an SMS provider where a sign-in code is sent by text message.
• Our file storage, which holds the artwork you upload.

SwiftPrint has no advertising or behavioural-analytics trackers.

You can clear the device-local guest identifier through your browser’s site-data controls. To ask what personal data SwiftPrint holds about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact the print team on 0810 753 7601 or over WhatsApp.
