Store terms
The terms that apply when you order print from SwiftPrint.
When an order is placed
You order through checkout while signed in to your SwiftPrint account. Your order is placed once you have paid and the confirmation page says we have your payment. That page shows your order reference, and the order then appears in My orders. A job in your cart, or a payment page you left before confirming, is not an order.
Payment is taken by Korapay on its own payment page. Only pay through checkout, and treat any other request for money as unverified.
Prices and availability
Prices are in Nigerian naira and come from SwiftPrint's systems for the exact quantity and options you choose. Product options, quantity rules, production timing and availability can differ by configuration, and a product taken off sale cannot be ordered. Delivery is charged separately: it is priced for your address at checkout, and the price you choose there is the one you pay. Collecting your order carries no delivery charge.
Artwork and content
You must have the right to reproduce artwork you submit and are responsible for checking names, dates, contact details and other content. SwiftPrint may reject material that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights or cannot be produced safely with the selected process.
Production, changes and cancellations
The production days on a product page are an estimate of printing time. They do not include delivery and are not a promised arrival date. To ask for a change or a cancellation, contact the print team with your order reference as soon as you can; whether a change is still possible depends on how far production has gone.
